What GAME sound engines support ADPCM wav format?

What do you mean by "sound engine"?

BASS supports ADPCM. I imagine FMOD would, too.

Alright...
Ill change my question to:

If something can playback .wav files in general can it playback ANY FORMAT of .wav?

IE: Microsoft PCM, Microsoft ADPCM, NCT ALF2CD, DSP, GSM, VOX Dialogic ADPCM, ALAW, ULAW, G.721, G.723, and G.726
