Swap files, though unlikely, could be fragmented. But we are talking about swap partitions , which cannot be fragmented.
There is a point about fragmentation on other partitions on the same drive that has the swap partition, since that will degrade performance on that drive generally. That only applies if you''re stupid enough to have something like FAT for anything used frequently.
