Hi there!
After all the input from another thread our artist has made a new design on the ninja. Did it work out? Is it cool? And if not, why? =) Please comment this picture.

I dunno about "cool," but it's pretty cute. 
If that's not what you're going for, you need to make the head smaller. Disproportionately large head == cuteness. Also, he's got "smiley eyes," so he looks happy. Again, if that's not what you're going for... but if it is, then yeah, it works.

Looks like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turle head with a ninja body.
It also looks like a stretched version of Namco''s/Arganout''s I-Ninja.
