Semi-Transparency with TGA Alpha Channel
Hello,
I''ve got a TGA loading with a texture that has an alpha channel. I''m able to do 100 % transparency and 100 % opacity using the alpha channel values. What I want to know is how to do semi-transparency using the alpha channel values. Basically, doing a percent blending on one part of the object based on a middle ground grayscale value from the alpha channel in the TGA.
Is there any way to do this?
I''ve looked around these forums, but haven''t found anything that indicates how it might be done. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
