Windows will happily boot from a grub MBR. You just need to configure grub for the job.
From the install docs:
# The next three lines are only if you dualboot with a Windows system.
# In this case, Windows is hosted on /dev/hda6.
title=Windows XP
root (hd0,5)
chainloader +1
Add that to your grub.conf (changing the root (hdx,y) location as required) and you should have windows up & running again.

heh, i followed the directions exactly, and that was the problem - my harddrives were partioned differently...they assumed a single harddrive
