I have that book and I don''t recall it discussing D*... but I could be wrong. Indeed though, I don''t recall any book that I have read on Game AI (and thats quite a few) discussing D*.

It was one of the three in the series. When I get back home where my books are at, I''ll check it out for you if you are interested. It was there in one of them. The explanation''s complexity is what I don''t know though.

Btw Timkin, thank you for clarifying the use of D*. I still have to look into it more to determine how useful it is and where. I had read that it had some dynamic aspect to it, but until now I don''t know what.
