This began as a stylized seascape, but the professor told me that it was too literal for what we were doing. I agreed and I wiped it down with a rag and turpentine. Without thinking of what I was doing I ended up with this impressionistic looking sea with fog and an island in the back. It doesn''t actually have much value to it, but I just liked the look of it and felt like actually getting something posted here. I had to scan it in two parts, and I did a bad job stitching them together.
