Looking for a guide/template for legal license/disclaimer stuff
I''m usually good with Google but I''m having a hard time finding if there is any kind of guide for writing simple license agreements and/or disclaimers. This is for a small freeware tool I want to release a ''beta'' of. Also are there any general rules for calling something ''beta''?
I googled for ''software license agreement sample'' and came up with several hits, including this http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-license-agreement.html
As far as calling something beta, as long as the user understand that he/she is getting an unstable software package BEFORE they install it, you should be ok.
