Greetings- I have been informed that business advisors can make or break a company as quickly and effeciently as an agent. But of course, it was an agency that told me that. Basically, I am the Producer/Creative Lead for a game dev company working on its first title a RTS game in development. www.reverieentertainment.net Basically, we are in a position where we have several gaming agencies waiting and lined up to test the demo and we also have a major computer hardware company who is interested in providing Reverie Entertainment with the hardware to finish the game if we advertise that we developed on their hardware. Our problem is that we just seem to have alot of legal issues we need advice on and I was curious to see if anyone knew someone interested or what is the best way to get business/legal advice. Best Regards, Micah Hymer Reverie Entertainment

Most lawyers offer a free initial consultation so that both you and they can see if they can help you.

Depending on your particular questions, you might look for a lawyer in your area who specializes in entertainment/intellectual property issues. Before you settle on someone, get referrences that you can follow up on.

Best advice I can give you is to get a lawyer to look at all the documents. While I am not an attorney, I do have a lot of business experience. Feel free to drop me an email if you need some help.
