Selling Indie Games
I am in the process of learning DirectX and I would like to sell a game when I get one finished. I am not a professional programmer. I am doing this as a hobby. Sales volume is not that important to me. When I get a game done, I just want to share it with other people and make a little bit of money.
I recently wrote an Atari 2600 game called "Backfire". AtariAge.com makes all of the cartridges, prints the manuals, and ships the orders. Does anyone have reccomendations about similar companies for PC games.
Keep in mind that my main goal is to have fun writing games, and to sell a few copies with minimal effort put into the sales and marketing.

Thanks for the link.

well why don''t you cry about it?
One day all of us will be stepping on each others button designs because you know something,
THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY WAYS TO DRAW BUTTONS
we''ll have to stop using buttons and contrive another way to allow people to select options with the mouse.
Can you think of an alternative to buttons?
Maybe if someone releases public domain buttons that everyone can use everyone will be happy and we can avoid stupid lawsuits like this could bring about.
