I am just wondering if it is worth it to install RH Enterprise WS 3 when there is Fedora. Are there advantages? It seems like Fedora has a lot more support as far as packages. If I did install RH Ent, what pacakges would I install? I can''t find rpms or anything for RH ent.. Say apt-get for example. They have it for Fedora but not RH Ent. So if I did have RH ent, would I just download the RH 9 version? Basically I just want to know how people get programs and updates for RH ent. And would synaptic work on RH ent? Also any other differences. Thanks
RH Enterprise is more of a professional, corporate distro. You get stuff like official tech support, more stable packages, etc. Fedora is more for hobbyists, there''s more stuff to paly around with, more unstable packages, etc.
