Hello people. i have this problem. i''m making a Game, and i believe that it''s almost imposible to continue making it without some financial resources. Does anyone known where to write to get some money to finish my game. thanks a lot.
If you''re looking for some holy grail to fill your coffers and be able to sit around and program your game... it''s not going to happen.. unless mom and dad are in a giving mood...

Welcome to the adult world is really all i can say... doing ANYTHING in the way of starting a business venture.. be it games, some new consumer product, or whatever is hard! You gotta have money, and the only way to get money is to earn money.. and the only way to earn money is to work.. which means less time on your project... trust me.. i''ve been through this one a zillion times... The Small Business Administration isn''t going to help you much (i''ve gone that route before)... basically you''ll have to earn the cash yourself.. that''s all there is to it... some throw around ''finding some investors'' like it''s something you just going out and ''DO'', but there''s no way in hell an investor is going to put a penny into a project that isn''t proven to pay off...

There are sometimes business start up grants from your local government or from arts foundations (if you can convince them to part with the cash). Depends on where you are.

As for commercial funding (VC investment or publisher funding) you wont get that unless you already have industry experience/an experienced team to make the game.
