how do i create a rescue disk for my lfs using lilo

i hace this problem, i have my windows and red hat linux in two diferent disk so to enter my red hat linux op i have to use a rescue disk . since i finished creating my lfs i want to test it but i cant boot to it so i need to create a rescue disk for it, how do i create such a rescue disk using lilo. a link to some explaining how to do it would be usefull. tutorial could help you get a system disk up so you can test your lfs installation.

If you''re using Win2k or XP, you can use the Windows boot loader and avoid using a disk entirely. The instructions are here. It uses grub, but there''s no reason it can be adapted to work with lilo.
