I have never applied for a job through a recruiter so would appreciate a little advice. I have seen an advertisement for a particular company which has several positions available (e.g. games programmer, tools programmer etc) which I am interested in, in several locations. However, you may only apply through a recruiter (Datascope). How do I go about this? Should I send my CV as many times as there are roles, or one CV per location, or just one CV for all roles and all locations? Also, what should I write in the body of my e-mail to the recruiter? Should I write what I would normally write if I was applying directly to a game company or just say I''m interested in these roles at these locations?

Phone the recruiter and ask them. They will know what their client will want.
