Hi!
Im completly new to the topic "End-User License-Agreement"
Is there any form of international standard EULA? I need in fact two versions, one for my BETA-Version, which should contain a non-disclosure agreement too, and a standard one for the final release version.
Thanks for your help!!
Have a nice day
Don''t know if this wil help you, but I came across this list of approved Open Source licenses the other day researching the same thing for my college project.

Do you guys know if its legally to just use the EULA of another product and just change the name and whats else needed??
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
An EULA is just like any other document. It is protected by copyright so using it would be a breach of copyright. Of course if they never spot it then you wont get in any trouble.

I don''t believe there could be an international standard EULA; they''re based on laws governing individual countries, so unless you include legal text specifically for each country it''s difficult, if not impossible, to create a standardized document.
That''s why companies release different versions of their games in different countries; the variation in text might be slight, but that variation could be the difference in enforcing a EULA.
