MP3's in C++

Can C++ play MP3''s during games? I know this sounds dumb, but I''m n00b.

No, C++ has no built in ability to play MP3 files. I''d say look at FMOD. It''s easy, it''s free to use in non-commercial projects, and fairly cheap for commercial use.
