I remember awhile back that Hasbro had a lawsuit against some developers because their games were too similar to the ones that Hasbro aquired over the years. I can''t seem to find any more information on it nowadays. Is the suit still going on? Is it over? What happened?

can you be more specific? They have that patent on tradable card games maybe it was a CCG you are talking about? Or did you mean the lawsuit against Nintendo over pokemon?

I think he is talking about some Asteroids clone. Yeah, it has been quiet about that, did the suit get settled?
Yes, I am referring to the Asteroids clone suit.

--- Edit ---
I find it hard to beleive you couldn't find any information on it... I typed in asteroids lawsuit in google, and those were the first 2 choices that it came up with... both with the information you were looking for.

I think my problem was that I forgot to look up Asteroids. I was looking up Hasbro lawsuit or similar things. I completely forgot to look up Asteroids.

Thanks though B-)

Reading the articles:

Whoa. I will definitely be looking for more information on this. I know it was 3 years ago, but come on. This can't be the end of it.
