Is there a way to emulate instruments?, for example if I know the "chords" (i don''t know the word in english, but i mean the order of do, re, mi, fa ...) of a song and i give it to the program and select an instrument, it will generate the sound? is sound played on games by creating a thread who sends the sound data to the sound card, driver wathever?

There sure is, it''s called MIDI. Do a search on google for notation software, as you''ll be able to find one that can output a midi file. Then using an API (maybe win32? I forget) you can play these files during your program. I think the word you were looking for is "notes" ... a few notes make up a chord Sound is played by sending data to the sound card, by way of the driver. For MIDI, it may get created in hardware if the card supports it, or by a software synth, either way data is sent to the sound card!
can i create a midi for about 5 diferent instruments and then mix them into an wave. mp3 or ogg vorbis file?
