Kylix 3 C++ IDE for linux

Have t5his existed long time? Didn''t find much info, but does this use gcc in linux? Anyone tried this?

Yes I have tried it. Yes it has existed for a long time. It''s at version 3 right now. No it does not use GCC.
Version 3 of kylix, basically includes Borland C++ Builder and Delphi, only it''s for linux instead of windows. It uses borland''s own compilers.
There''s a free version with which you are only allowed to develop GPLed applications too.
