Hi there, I've noticed some classical music request threads recently, and hey I just got a pretty useful website up and running. I happen to be a musician, and I've basically built a resource so that anyone can begin learning about Beethoven, Stravinsky etc. The really cool part is : It's got SOUND LINKS! which means you can all hear samples ( < 1 min ) of the music I recommend to begin with. They're only links to Amazon, but I think it's simple and cool. And legal. I also link to the best performance CDs I could find, in case you guys feel like getting the CD. The bummer is it's a free domain for now ( as I said, I'm a musician ), but if you use Netscape you only get one ad. Other technical issues are mentioned on the website. Here is the link : http://music_lesson_101.tripod.com click on ->composers -> make a choice Hope to get constructive feedback! [edited by - squirrel_of_death on August 16, 2003 10:15:44 AM]

that's weird man. It works for me. Even if you just type it into your browser? Again, it's http://music_lesson_101.tripod.com/
note NO www. and I'm sure the / at the end makes no difference.

Anyway mr.worm, let me know if the link works like that, I mean it's just a tripod.com site, should work. Can you get www.tripod.com ? I tried the direct link I put in with IE and Netscape btw.
