Lesson 7 is being... mean. (linux)
OK, so I downloaded the SDL/Linux version of Lesson 7, built it, and all that good stuff, but when I executed it the texture wouldn't appear, and lighting made the whole thing almost black. I'm thinking that perhaps it has something to do with the directory structure ("Data" folder) but I'm confused. Thanks!

do you have a "data" dir?
if so, does it have a crate.bmp in it?

Make sure that the texture is under a data dir and all should be sweet.

Being as Linux is CASE sensitive, make sure that the 'data' directory has the right case.
