MacOS X Panther
I saw some pics of the new MacOSX (Panther), and boy i''m so in love with that brushed metal look... ohhh, i wish i could find something like that for Gnome.
I''ve read that only the media applications are meant to have the brushed metal look... is it really a good thing to give this different look to different kinds of application?
Victor.

I don''t think the brushed metal look will be only for media apps, though it will probably be the interface look chosen when they develop their media apps.
Interface Builder for OS X already supports creating your apps with brushed metal. Safari also uses it. It''s a simple checkbox in the info pane of Interface Builder, very slick.
