Why doesn''t anyone mention that gmax saves files in its own proprietary format and it does not render the models you create only allows you to work on them. If you just want to learn then its great
but if you want to use the models you create in a game it may not be the best option.

there is a rummor that discrete leaked a cracked version of their software so they could get more users for the 3d software wars.

people here look down on pirated software.
