Best Music for Games

Music for games depends much on which country it is released in, for example, in the UK, dance music goes better, while in Australia, rock does better. But since most indie developers can''t afford different types of music for each different country (That is, if the game goes international, anyway), I was wondering what you all think is the best type of music for each type of game. My personal opinion is that for strategy games, a sort of war march theme works best (sorta like the starcraft and warcraft music). For action games and also RTS (but not turn based strategy) I think industrial music works, since it has fast beats, and is a good compromise between electronic music and rock. And classical music is great for those battles with the biggest bosses (Like Sephiroth on Final Fantasy 7). I''d like to get other people''s opinions on this.
