My complain go about the level of detail of the player and models. You made all of them only with opengl primitives, didn''t you?

Why not create some *good* models in 3ds Max or Maya and export to a format you can load in the game? There are a bunch of examples on how to load models, your game could appear more cool! :-)

But this is just a suggestion...

The last post got my attention...
How can you ever think that I made all that from OpenGL primitives ???
I made all of that in 3DS Max R4,for anyone`s interest, exported to 3DS and then to my own file format(*.m3d),you should have just see the game directory\objects and then any folder to see how models really are...I can`t even think how someone could have thought that...

If they wore primitives(only code) the Game was much more smaller (look at that 22 MB...)

I personally would ask someone to do the models... maybe posting on polycount for example!

There''s no point in asking the programmer doing the artwork.
For example, how much of you tryied to design a quake map from scratch? I did and it was very difficult. As such, I guess getting an artist should rock.

For models, I often went to http://www.polycount.com. Maybe you can ask here if someone wants to help you.

For maps... well, this is though. I had a favorite but I lost my bookmark. There''s plenty of places to ask however.

Wow, pretty cool demo actually. I havn''t got very far yet. Anyone getting the "Not Enough Disk Space or you are saving onto a CD rom" thing i think i found the problem (at least it worked for me).

I checked the log and it said it tried to save to Save\filename.sav but i noticed there is no Save\ directory. I tried creating a Save subfolder and it works now. Aparently the game just doesn''t check if the directory exists before trying to use it (i assume)

Otherwise Great Job!

hmm... I was getting that error as well... I was thinking about making a save folder, but I didn't bother testing...
