Are standard dvd's encrypted?

Most DVDs are encripted. The ones that are not are the lower budget titles. Like "Mature" tiles imports and maby some that you pick up for a few bucks. Funny thing about the encription is that from my understanding, it has no function other than to piss of people tring to play DVDs they paid for on a DVD drive they paid for on a compurter they paid for. Xine used to have a plugin you added but I think they made it more complicated.

Get apt4rpm. I personally use Debian which comes with apt by default but it''s available for Red Hat.
