i''m wondering what college i should go to get a Computer Science Degree. I don''t want to go to a school like fullsail or digipen because i might not like computer science and i want to keep my options open. Got anygood colleges....(ex. NC State?Georgia Tech? Michigan?) ????
I exist.
If you just want to Try out some Computer Science classes, my personal opinion on what College to go to would be to a Community College. Their courses aren''t as "good" as a UC or a State college, but it will give you insight into what its like and give you a feel for where you would go into it.

Just my opinion.

I know some of the best (int the world) are MIT and Carnegie Mellon University.
These are the ones I was thinking of applying to: Mass. Institute of Technology (MIT), Carnegie-Mellon Univ. (CMU), Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Stanford, UC@Berkley, and RPI.

I only actually applied to WPI 'cause I'm really lazy and don't particularly like filling out (or paying for) college applications and theirs is free if you do it online. Anyways, WPI is a good school, I know, I go there (as are the rest, I'm assuming).

Edit: How can I forget Caltech? Anyways, Caltech too

How would you rate Polytechnic in Brooklyn, NY, Rochester Institute Tech., and Virginia Tech.? Are these also good schools?

I''d say go with Georgia Tech. I have two friends that are going there, and one that visited it and they said that if you are serious about your studies, this it the place.
Actually the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champainge, Illinois has one (if not the) top computer science programs in the nation.

CalPoly in California (duh) is known for its computer and engineering programs, at least around here.
