I was wondering if anyone new of a good free game creation thing like the old "Click n'' play" program. or like Digipen''s project fun? I would get project fun but i don''t have any money so i need something free. I just want something to prototype a game idea without all the programming. thanks

I guess im being to picky cuz that program doesn''t do what i want.
I just want a program to prototype a control scheme i am thinking of but it needs control of the mouse. in particular the mouse needs to rotate the sprite clockwise when moved right and ccw when left.
oh well i guess ill just have to code it from scratch

gotta hate rotation algorithms. I tried to move an image in a circle... damn. never did it right.

Do a web search for DIV ... it''s a DOS basied game construction app, that is quite powerful...a demo is downloadable for free that contains several tutorials, and with a little bit of work (like 5 minutes) you could prototype your mouse control with it''s simple PASCAL like programing language
