Sup everyone. Ok I need to know how you start making games what you do first what next and things like link you game make engine and crap.

Well if its your first game you want to start making (sounds like it is) you wont need an engine or anything. You should start with pong in somthing like SDL and some tutorials on SDL are here.

Do you already know about DirectX? (i haven''t read your replies so I cannot know whether someone told U about it).
Xtremely useful. But you should REALLY buy a book.
The good ones are those who are "For the Dummies". Check out in magasines also and ask PRECISE questions to people.
