which should I use t implement sound in a game
Hi I started using playsound() to play wav files
for my program but it seems like the programs
halts until the wav file is done. I want a game that will
move with the music not stop to it. Is direct sound the
best way to go. I looked at openal but it seems thats more
toward 3d sound. But if its just as good for normal sound should I use that instead. I''m more usd to openg ll coding
any opinons
thanks forthe guy who pointed out the glut had nothing to do with playsound I got it working finally
