Linux Lesson

Hi there! I recently wanted to learn OpenGL and a friend recomended me your page, wich is quite good! All went good when experimented the lessons/tuturials in windows! But i need to a simple thing, similar to lesson 14 for Linux (Red Hat) and off course the same code used for windows doesn''t work! So i would like you to help me! I you would like (if possible) you to mail me a lesson 14 for Linux! and what''s necessary to do after the code (loding libs???). Thank you. bazik@aeiou.pt
Lesson 14 cannot be easily ported to Linux as it uses WGL (Windows Specific) functions.

I suggest you look at the other NeHe font tutorials and/or this page.

If you really need to use outline fonts (you probably don''t), there are very likely tutorials on manually generating them.
