Personally, I like the picture all the more because of its proportions. My only gripe is that the flame is little too hard to see and not distinct enough. I''m not sure how to make it any better, so I''d say just leave it alone. It''s great as is!
"I must not fear.Fear is the mind-killer.Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.I will face my fear.I will permit it to pass over me and through me.And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.Only I will remain."- The Litany against Fear in Frank Herbert's Dune
My only gripe is the face looks outta wack, other than that its really cool drawing.

Niceness! (Legs look great IMO, thick ''n'' brute)

The fire COULD be better however, it looks pretty decent to me.

Thank you for the crits, as i am looking at it now, its been about 2-3 days since i''ve worked on it and i think you could be right about the legs, i just never drew a animal before, so i definatley wasn''t sure how to put them on a minotaur.

as far as the flame goes i haven''t touched it is still in gesture form, i am going to have to pull out my lighter or something and look at how to shade it, but its a work in progress.

once again thanx for the helpful crits

i don''t understand how that link stuff works, i am only literate in microsaft word, photoshop(barely), and 3d studio max(beginner level). but thanx for trying i am a lost cause when it comes to programming.
If anyone wants to see more my roomate posts as outlaw on www.bobolo.net so check it out, he is far better then i am.
Wow! Nice! You should try and do it in 3D studio max

Small critique... I''d make the legs longer. Just from memory of the mythology books I used to read, the drawings all had the legs more than half the body, but they appeared about half, because they were largely bent.

Pretty small crit, especially when you consider trying to define the proportions of a mythical beast .
