OpenGL or D3D?...JUST KIDDING! Need info on GLUT

Sorry for the humor....I am a newbie but I am already tired of that questions... Anyway...just downloaded the GLUT library and was about to start learning. I would like to create a "2D" game like Revenant/genre. Do you think GLUT is up to the task? Thanks... -zebes zebes@mindspring.com
