Im new to game dev. but im not dumb, i know how everything works out and the chances of a project actualy getting finished. Besides the facts, i would like to get a project going and a decent team to manage, I''ll take what i can get, it doesnt matter if i have the bare minimum of personal. I have a game in mind but for obvious reasons im not tell a whole lot about the game out in the open. I need a whole team, there is no one on the team so far.
