Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Okay since I can''t find a texture artist for my team, I was wondering if there are any good tutorials out there for Adobe Photoshop 7? I have the full version, but have never really used it (Well, I have but just to make simple things.).
So basicly what I want to know is where can I find a good APS7.0 tutorial? I need to make quite a few textures (Tiled water, tiled carpet, grass sprites, basicly anything and everything in the real world.).
I can''t afford any books right now (Buying 2 C++ books, a DirectX book, and 2 OpenGL books takes large sum of money.), so It''d be nice if it was a page-tutorial.
Or if you want to save me the trouble and work for Lejendz as a texture artist, send an e-mail to support@lejendz.com.

Best method is to get digital camera and start taking photo, of the thing you mentioned/want.
Than use photoshop to edit it. Use the offset filter and clone stamp tool to made it into tile. You can also add other filter to it, change colors, add layer etc. (look up the manual)
Another way is to paint it, but that require some skill. Basically you have to know how to paint. If you can paint on canvas, you can do it on Photoshop as well.
