EDIT: The download finally finished. I was only getting 2k a second. All in all, it's a very good song! I love the melody and the general feeling that the song provides.

Some critisisms: I'd recommend not using the same chord progression throughout the entire song. It makes it feel like it's sort of dragging along without direction. Vary it up a little. Also, your harmony seems like it's repeating over and over... and over. Repetition can be good, but there should probably be at least a little bit more variety in there.
