2d textures in actual size - screen coordinates

Hi I''m making a 2d shooter using texture mapped quads. How do I setup opengl to draw the quads so the textures are drawn in their actual size on the quad face? Is it possible to setup opengl without a perspective or is there an easiere way? Thank you in advance Killgore
