I am curretly going through the tutorials at NeHe and i like them very much. The only problem is that i also like to have a book to supplement what i read on the website. However, the only book i have on OpenGL uses GLUT. Does anyone here recommend that i still use this book and the NeHe website to learn OpenGL. I mean would it create problems trying to use a book on GLUT and a website on Win32? The book is "OpenGL SuperBible 2nd Ed." Thanks for any help. :/
Strip away libraries, languages and different OS''s and the tuts still have GL. If you understand what you read in the superbible, and you understand and know how to use GLut, it shouldn''t be a problem following the tuts, and reading the book for information that I have skipped over or missed out. After all, you can never have to many sources of information.
