Directx 8.1 SDK...Quick Question

Is there any other way to get the SDK, besides by downloading it. I''m still on dial-up (broadband isn''t available here yet) so downloading the file is out of the question for me. I was just wondering, is there a way to get it on a cd from Microsoft?

I have three suggestions...
1) You can order it on CD from Microsoft, I think they sell it for about $10 or something.
2) If you are planning on buying a book on Game Programming or DirectX it it may come on a CD with the book.
3) Use a download manager, maybe GetRight.

If you live in Holland I can mail you a CD with the SDK... just pay me for the CD and mail
