umm....Hey Im new to Gaming and Programming
I have a knack with computers and looking to make my own game

If you''re completely new to programming, don''t expect to make anything amazing (or, frankly, at all ) in the next... six months, or so. You might have finished something like Tetris after one year.
Establish what exactly you aim to do. Do you want to program games? Do artwork for them? Make levels? It''s no small task, even simple stuff like Tetris. First you have to learn the language itself; then you have to learn how to program Windows and Graphics/Sound; then you have to learn how to bring them all together to make games.
Read the beginner''s articles on this site. Buy some books. But to be honest, most of us will find it difficult to help you unless you come up with a more specific question...
