My theacher once said: "The only stupid question is the one you don''t dare to ask." OK, here come mine: How can I quote someone in this forum. Of course I can copy - paste it, but I want to do it the "right" way. So please can someone help me with this. And please don''t tell me this a silly question, I already know. Thank you

If you want to quote someone just click the quote button in the top-right corner of their post and what they wrote will appear in your message box, surrounded by the code to quote someone.
If you want to quote someone a few times, or many people within one post, then copy and paste what they wrote and put the following code around it (but without the full stops which are there to stop this actually coming up as a quote ):

"What the guy said."
[./quote.]

Anyway, just click the quote button and you''ll see how this works.

If the teacher says that again, ask what Albert Einstein''s first name was

hehehe, there is a button on the top of every message that says "quote"

You can also use
quote: COPY PASTED TEXT
tags to quote while replying.

You should READ the forum''s FAQ to know how to do things on this forum. The button is the one with the ''?'' just down the main menu.
here is the link, just if you can''t find it yourself:

An advice: Asking is more optimun (and less silly) when you have searched for the answer (hardly) first and you didn''t find it.

Good Luck
