openGL on linux?

i was wondering if i could possibly use open gl on my linux box... like by addidng sumthing to gcc i have a slackware 8.1 system with gnome, please help me if you can thanx

Sure you can. What exactly is your problem?

i think you mean you want to compile an opengl program.

its simple, just get the header files and libraries from www.opengl.org if your compiler doesnt have it already.
runtime should be no problem, since you can get that in most linux distributions anyway.
