Strategy Game
I have a small group of people working on a strategy game. We are a little short on skills in some areas. I was just wondering if anyone was interested in helping out.
Some of the people that we need are:
Direct sound programmer
Texture artist
Network programmer
we know some artificial intelligence but could do with some help to make the game just that extra bit better.
The game is a modern day war time strategy, we are aiming for a game that is much more realistic than other strategies in the sense that
-men cant be created from nowhere
-buildings are created in about 2 minutes
-it doesnt take 10 tank shells to kill one man etc.
There are also some other skills that could be used so if anyone is interested email me at cerberus07@hotmail.com or post your contact details here and i can fill you in on all of the details.

there you can find a very good sound engine. I think it is not as complicated that you are in need of a sound coder.
fmod is free since your program is not a commercial one. in this case you will have to code your own sound engine / direct sound wrapper. (im not the man your searching for this)

Hmm, you''ll probably get a better response if you post this question in the "Help Wanted" section of the forums. NeHe''s forum is best for OpenGL related questions.
Good luck on your game though, I hope to see a beta soon
