Its not just God they are debating, seems like a mixture of a variety of topics. I agree tho, take that energy and put it towards something more creative.
I don''t know if your referring to the christianity or non-christians post because they are very different. I only replied tp the non-christians one because I''m not going to let somebody say that I can''t have an opinion.

Realistically, the other posts are never going to end. But keep the immaturity there, and ignore the posts.
Besides, maybe one of those posters could make a better game than you, but since he or she is too caught up in those posts, he or she never makes that game, and you will be recognized for your effort.

For me it takes only 10-15 minutes to post all messages from god to porn, so I don''t feel that it is wasting time...

Lunar, if everyone here had put all there talents to making one supreme game, or a couple of top-quality games, it would be a mess. For one thing, everyone would have a different opinion on every single aspect of the game, we wouldn''t get anything done.
Secondly, everyone would argue over which would make the game better ect. Everyone''s creations are a masterpiece to the creator. Nothing more.

Well I spend most of my useful time (I usually only ever code between 10am & 7pm) in college sitting on my arse doing nothing, or posting junk on GameDev.
It's a real pain because there's hardly ever anyone here 'cause it's a bit early for most Programmmers (with Time Zones and such like)
By the time I get home I'm really demotivated by the sheer boredom of college, and it takes real hastle to get into that coding frame of mind.
