sound app
i''ve never posted in this forum before, but it seemed like the proper one.
are there any free (or at least cheap < $100) utilities for recording and manipulating wav files? windows sound recorder doesn''t provide advanced clipping features, and it certainly doesn''t offer any effects.
i''m basically looking for some app to let me:
1. clip my sound bites
2. run them through some effects (like to make my voice sound like a robot, or sound like it''s coming from center ring of a 3-ring circus, or like over an intercom).
i can''t afford any $300 program, but would be willing to spend a little if anyone knows of any demos i could try out.
thanx,
