[Reposted from ''Game PRogramming'' Forum] Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried developing a game for RealArcade and their turn-key distibution system. If so what were your experiences? Was it worth the effort? I''m thinking of trying it out myself and was just curious. http://www.realonearcade.com/developer/

Okay, not getting much response to that, but maybe someone
has experience with other (online) third-party companies such as
RealArcade that attempt to sell games etc. though their own marketing channels (newsletter etc.)

Really I''m just wondering whether its worth taking a cut in my profit margins by avaiing of these publishers or whether to just try market it myself.

i'd say market it yourself and move on to your next
game....build yourself a product line.

or you could go try out

Dexterity Software
although some of their
stuff is on Real Arcade.
