Gotta show you ma Deamon.
Teeth and horns need textures too!
Legs don''t look strong enough to support him.
Aside from that, amazing model! What are you going to do with it?

I wouldn''t worry too much about the ''this is too small to support him'' or ''that doesnt'' look very powerful''.
Demons are magically driven and powered, so having ''big muscles'' doesnt'' really matter on demons anyway.
The right type of animation for him would make him look powerful and scary anyway, without the muscles.. some of the most foreboding demons i''ve read about in DnD books have been pretty skinny and basically a skeleton with skin stretched over it.

it's strange anyway how people today imagine
DEAMONS.
if you read descriptions of old books, you'll find that
they don't even have a skeleton, they're pure
(black-) magical beings, not made of any material at all,
they're not physical.
Edit:
maybe this image of deamons comes from all those
games that contained them. Years ago, the hardware was
to weak to make deamons translucent and shiny, so they
just made them from flesh. Nowadays, having powerful hardware, they still make them from
flesh because nobody would recognize it as a deamon, if you
made it look "magical"
It is now for sure you can throw away your computer
