I''m with a gathering of game designers?? I was wondering how well junior plugs go over here?

Unless your first name is John and your last name is Carmack or Romero, you aren''t going to be "recruited" as a game designer. Spend your time making small games that demonstrate and extend your skills; a portfolio can be very useful. Beyond that, tho, you will have much better luck looking for job ops than waiting for them to roll in.

John Carmack isn''t a game designer, he''s a programmer. John Romero is a game designer, although some would say his best days are behind him now.
