Question dealing with OpenGL or DirectX API
I''m not quite sure yet..but at first I wanted to jump to learning win32 programming as well as OpenGL or DirectX..however from most books and tutorials I''ve seen, win32
API is written in C..and I think it was developed in C..so does this mean that you will also be working with OpenGL and DirectX in C?
I''m just wondering because I haven''t written in C much, I went straight to C++ and I wanted to know if I have to go back and just learn C.

every l33t haX0r such as yourself should realized you know C if you know C++. perhaps you should edit your post so its not as silly.
I meant catch up on the differences, they exist..and I know it''s easy to learn if you know C++, I just wanted to know if I needed to is all..
Nope. If you write C++ code, you can use the win32 api, dxapi, and opengl api. It does not make you use C.
C is not a subset of C++, but they share a common subset.
