Make a movie from an OpenGL-App.
Hello!
How can i make an movie from my app? I will run it in fullscreen and then i would start a recording-function. But how?
thx, Austrian Coder
The easy way:
Connect your VCR to your video card''s TV out connector, and record what you want to a video tape. Then capture the movie back to your computer from the tape

save a series of screencaps. one per frame, and use frame based movement. then you can glue the sequence together in premiere or a similar editor to make an avi.

Wouldn''t it be easier to actually distribute the OpenGL App? It would be a lot smaller and have better visual quality, but we don''t know what you are using this for so I can''t really say ( for example is the user''s computer not going to have a 3d video card? )
